The HP loss from the latter is minimal, even if you chow down on 3-4 raw meat. Lastly, if you're in a pinch you can eat berries for both food and drink, or even eat raw meat for hunger. I agree, reality wise, even If i am working flat out for 12 hrs a day, i should only need to eat once or twice a day. Clothing sort of helps this, but it still fluctuates way too quickly.
